Your new company This fast-growth tech business provides bespoke software services to an international client base. They are experiencing measured, but continual growth and now need an experienced Angular Developer to help support their core team. You'll be based from their head office in Central Bournemouth, just two minutes from the beach and on direct train routes to London. Your new role This is a hands-on position working with new tech and the chance to really take ownership and control over the businesses UI offering. You will work alongside experienced full stack developers and can take your career in this direction or be the Angular expert in-house. There is no red tape and the working environment is reactionary/Agile rather than rigid. The company is looking for hungry developers that are on an upward trajectory in their career and that get a buzz from investigating and solving problems without guidance. It is expected that you pursue development outside of work via freelance work, through online communities or personal projects and you will be funded where necessary for certifications or conferences. What you'll need to succeed It is essential that you have a strong grounding in Angular, version 2 or newer, but the kind of developer that fits in here will be a polyglot developer, able to apply themselves confidently to any tech challenge given time. The nature of the business means that new technologies and methodologies will be adopted for each project. You will be joining a highly talented development team which follow a set of patterns for the majority of projects centred on Agile methodologies. It is essential that you are a strong communicator and have good interpersonal skills as there is a culture of openness and ideas that come from the ground up will be heard.
