Application Support Analyst – Horsham- up to £35K Benefits An opportunity has arisen for an Application Support Analyst to join a rapidly growing Development Team based in Horsham; the successful candidate will be working alongside a team of multidiscipline developers who are building a complex technology platform. The successful candidate will be joining the team at a critical part of the major project they’re developing, therefore will need to be able to hit the ground running supporting the applications the team build. The ideal candidate will have the majority of the skills below: · Solid understanding of SQL · Excellent telephone manner · Prior experience supporting SQL, C#, JavaScript and similar applications. · In depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel · Ideally some Financial Services industry experience You’ll be responsible for: · Investigating, supporting and resolving technical support queries. · Ensure any issues are resolved within the agreed SLA time · Monitoring server infrastructure and applications · Support the database team with any imports or migrations.
