Overview
Due to exciting business growth greenbean by NRG is recruiting for an onsite Account Manager to be based within our clients’ site in Leeds. The Account Manager will represent greenbean by engaging with both clients and candidates on site, building and maintaining relationships whilst upholding greenbean’s values to ensure an outstanding recruitment service is delivered. Working in partnership with greenbean’s Talent Delivery Hub, this role involves supporting all aspects of the recruitment journey. The Account Manager will be required to forge relationships with key stakeholders and to build the candidate pipeline to ensure high levels of fulfilment. This will include researching and attending appropriate candidate recruitment events to promote both our clients and the greenbean by NRG brands. This role involves some travel therefore a full driving licence is a necessity, as is access to your own vehicle.
