Service Desk Analyst Peterborough £10ph Contract role looking to recruit a Helpdesk Analyst to be able to provide first line resolution over a wide range of issues. personal attributes Passionate about excellent customer service High level of personal communication skills Able to provide first line resolution over a wide range of issues Self motivated, enthusiastic, positive, diligent, honest, dedicated Enjoys analysing problems and providing resolutions Flexibility and willing to go the extra mile Experience of working in an end user environment Would Likes: Ideally at least 1 years experience of working in a 1st line support role Experience using support call logging systems Knowledge of the ITIL Framework.
