Talent Acquisition Specialist – Engineering Focus Stratford-Upon-Avon £35K Exciting new Talent Acquisition Specialist Role responsible for masterminding the attraction sourcing and pipelining of engineers in a successful and growing, highly customer services orientated organisation. This new Talent Acquisition Specialist will join a new team who are introducing new technology and new ways of working within the Talent space. The focus of the role will be to Direct Sourcing, primarily engineers, ensuring the appropriate recruitment methodology is in place (i.e. Assessment centres, CBIs etc.), creating a pipeline of activity, always being mindful of the diversity and inclusion culture prevalent in our company. This will also involve job fairs, recruitment events, industry and career / education links, to drive and deliver the whole recruitment cycle. The incumbent will be a great Brand Ambassador, influence excellent candidate experience, and generally input on EVP, Branding etc. to create a pipeline of candidates to accommodate the ever growing nature of the business. Exciting times Candidates: Grad (or CIPD Level 5 qualified) / Grad Calibre. Will demonstrate robust experience of having worked in an environment where sophisticated ATS and Social Media have been utilised. Must have a strong, direct and proactive resourcing approach and a background gained in high customer services orientated environments i.e. Retail / FM / Leisure / Hospitality. The personal skill set for this role will include exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, someone who is a good educator / coach, an exceptional networker / presenter, and has the ability to work at pace and with volume, have exceptional organisational skills and the ‘gravitas’ to hit the ground running.
