Posted by: Silven Job Title: Head of Engineering Location: North West London Salary: £70k to £80k plus bonus and benefits Candidate. You will have a proven track record of delivering results and contributing to the growth of Food Manufacturers. You will have a strong level of experience at management level in a Food Manufacturing environment. You will have relevant Engineering qualifications, Level 3 minimum. You will have proven experience in managing CAPEX projects and budgets in excess of £1m. You will have experience in Continuous Improvement projects and be able to demonstrate the results of these projects. You will have an engaging, approachable and hands on management style & be able to communicate effectively across all levels. The Role. Member of the Senior Leadership Team and you will be reporting into the General Manager. You will be responsible for developing your team and ensuring that the engineering strategy is clearly outlined and followed by each member of your team. You will be expected to build a strong level of trust with your team through the skilled application of people management processes and open 2-way communication. You would be responsible for the development of engineering processes and site standards. You will be responsible for engaging the Engineering team to deliver on Engineering KPI's as well as the budgets for labour & materials and capital expenditure. You will manage Health Safety and Environment, conducting risk assessments on processes and all tasks in the Engineering environment. Proactively ensuring ALL Engineers adhere to H&S regulations.
