Repairs Scheduler

An established provider of affordable housing within the Worcestershire area are immediately seeking Repairs Schedulers to make an impact within the scheduling department on a full time, temporary basis. As a Repairs Scheduler, your key duties will be: • Scheduling for all responsive repairs; liaising with tenants, contractors and external parties • Handling customer complaints or queries via telephone, email or letter • Using in house systems such as DRS/Open Housing and Microsoft packages to log enquiries and calls • Providing administrative support to line managers where required • Speaking to engineers on a daily basis and scheduling their diaries effectively • Working in a fast paced environment As a Repairs Scheduler, you will also have: • Experience of scheduling and planning within either housing or construction, ideally on social housing contracts • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally and ideally experience using DRS • Demonstrate the passion to add value and consistently provide a high level of customer service The successful Repairs Scheduler will be immediately available and understand the need to communicate clearly with residents with the ability to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
