Overview

Working in the Solution Delivery team, Salesforce Engineers are responsible for delivering Salesforce embedded telecoms solution to our customers. You will provide in depth design, planning, testing and delivery of the product and provide guidance on how to best optimise business processes alongside the client. Work with customer IT teams to ensure end to end IP networks are sufficient and help troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively. You will be committed to providing the very best in customer service, be business savvy and able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment. Responsibilities Overall responsibility for technical delivery of projects Daily management of assigned project actions Solution architecture – proposing and implementing robust technical solutions to align with customer business processes Provide guidance on configuration and call centre design Complete configuration, implementation and testing of Natterbox services Provide technical support and relationship management for customers immediately following delivery Complete detailed design documentation Work closely with Management, Customer Support and Engineering to manage issues and remove roadblocks to the project Attend site (mainland Europe and potentially globally) to provide onsite assistance Experience Essential 2 years’ relevant technical experience Experience in a similar solution delivery or consultant role Experience working with cloud technology Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically SalesForce Benefits include: Your choice of MacBook Pro, or modern Dell Laptop with Ubuntu or Windows Health insurance and gym membership SIM-only mobile phone contract Employee perks scheme membership Share option plan for all employees This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89847070
