Our client, a bespoke and specialist Lettings agency, provide a service of excellence to their Tenants and Landlords, are looking for a hungry, competitive and driven individual to become a specialised Lettings Negotiator as an addition to their sensational South West London team for the elite Wimbledon office. The position has arose due to the companies’ expeditious growth and an exciting opening of a new branch, due to the success of their high performing and most established office. Job Description The selected candidate will negotiate the rental of residential properties by proactively calling and negotiating with tenants as they register and will ensure that we deliver a world class service to our clients by delivering the best results possible. The candidate will need the following skills/experience: Requirements; Must be a recent graduate or have a minimum of 12 months sales experience in a target driven environment Articulate, motivated and resilient individual Must have a keen interest in the property market Be a bubbly, outgoing and enthusiastic individual Confident and personable Well spoken & immaculately presented Be a strong rapport builder Be customer focused A full UK driving license Package; £15,000 Basic £45,000 OTE (First Year) Up to £25k guarantee up to 3 months Company Car provided Incentive trips, dinners and company gatherings Great training and growth platform, 250 hours within the first year This is a highly sought-after opportunity that will give you entry into the Property Sector, offering uncapped earning potential, full training & development, taking your career to a whole new level.
