Senior Care Assistant (Nights) r equired for our brand-new luxury care home near Debden, Saffron Walden Salary: £11.00 per hour excellent benefits Hours: Nights available - 22, 33 or 44 hours per week, working weekends on rota We are looking for Senior Care Assistants who are proactive, naturally caring, passionate and ambitious to support us to create the best person-centred care environment for our residents. Our new venture, The Grange is a brand-new luxury development near Debden, Saffron Waldon area, where our new team will be offering a 5 experience to all our residents, from fine dining to every day care needs. Your responsibilities will include: · Helping our residents with personal support and care, · Aiding their emotional well-being and social needs · Serving meals/drinks and assisted feeding · Interacting with our residents on a personal level · Maintaining care plans ABOUT YOU We want someone proactive, passionate and ambitious to support us to create the best person-centred environment for our residents and to connect us to our local community. You’ll be genuinely valued and empowered as an integral part of our team. Experience in the Care industry and an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is preferred but not a pre-requisite. You’ll need to have great communication skills, both written and verbal, be a team player with a naturally caring attitude.
