Overview

An established Independent Insurance Brokers established for over 20 years who has gained an enviable reputation as Commercial Insurance Specialists are now seeking an Insurance Administrator to join their existing team. As an Insurance Administrator you will work alongside the Director and help support the team carrying out general Insurance Administration duties. The main duties and responsibilities: • Provide a professional, prompt and efficient insurance customer service to Clients and Insurers • Help with the processing of mid-term adjustments / cancellations • Issue revised documents • Provide payment advice to clients • Process payments • Chase instalments due • Issue letters to clients / insurers • Utilise the diary system • Chase outstanding documents from clients / insurers • Taking incoming calls from Clients and Insurers and making outbound calls helping with queries and information requests About you: • You will have excellent administration experience • Experience of working within an Insurance environment • Excellent communication skills / experience both written and verbal are essential • Be able to prioritise your own workload • Diary management / appointment making experience • Good IT Skills / systems are essential Insurance Administrator – Very Competitive salary, West of Manchester with free car parking and close to major road links. This is a part-time role with flexible hours to suit, 25 days holiday (pro-rata) plus bank holidays and 3 days Christmas office closure and auto-enrolment pension.
