The healthcare team at the home are passionate about the high-quality person-centred care that they provide, and the Home Manager is looking for a caring and like-minded Registered Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and friendly Registered Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a highly reputable healthcare provider in one of their lovely nursing homes based in Rushden. This specialised care home with nursing provides care for elderly residents and patients with complex mental health needs including Alzheimer's and Dementia. The Home Manager can be flexible to accommodate part time, full time, days shifts, night shifts or a combination to suit you. The home boasts an excellent reputation and good CQC rating. Person Specification: we are currently looking for a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN or RNLD- all with be considered) to work in this service on a full or part-time basis. It would be advantageous to have worked with a similar client group previously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as sound clinical knowledge, are essential. You must hold a valid Nursing Pin and have an active registration with the NMC. All applicants must be fully eligible to live and work in the UK.
