Overview
Conveyancer Bradford I am working with a long-established West Yorkshire firm are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join their team. With a fantastic presence across the region and nationally they are a full-service practice with an excellent reputation in property work. They are looking for someone who is comfortable in carrying their own caseload of sale and purchase files from inception to completion. You should have dealt with both registered and unregistered land, freehold and leasehold titles, transfers of equity, newbuilds and be able to title check. You will be joining a modern, friendly and supportive team in a central Bradford location. You will have over 5 years' experience as a conveyancing fee earner and ideally be qualified however, this is not essential and non-qualified experienced fee earners will be considered.
