Mobile Phone Discount Scheme My Nationwide Rewards , which includes discounts at Major supermarkets, High Street retailers, Travel & much more Average saving is around £500 per year The job of a Customer Liaison Advisor As part of a team of professional Customer Liaison Advisors you will: Investigate complex, escalated complaints in accordance with NARS service standards Prepare written responses to escalated and serious complaints in accordance with NARS service standards Receive and respond professionally and appropriately to complex, sensitive and potentially contentious verbal communications Engage with General Managers, Divisional Directors and other key senior operational colleagues as necessary in order to appropriately manage an mitigate business risks Manage cases of complaints against NARS working with key management to reach an appropriate outcome Undertake detailed root cause analysis and generate monthly management information, highlighting trends Provide insight to aid projects focused in continuous service improvement activities Ensure accurate record keeping and reporting Take part in awareness raising training, education and events to promote complaints handling Any other duties as may be necessary which are commensurate with the level of the post So what about career progression?
