Overview
I am currently looking for a Senior Site Manager to run a £25M project in Bristol. This opportunity has arisen due to unforeseen circumstances within the business and a senior site manager is now required to over see a group of package managers. You will be the number 2 on site and must be proficient in health & safety and paper work. This is a Technical Commercial project that is at the early stages of the project. You must be able to start immediately after a successful interview and you may be asked to work the odd Saturday. The main duties and responsibilities will be to manage the delivery of the project and also plan, execute and finalise projects in accordance with service requirements, deadlines and budgets. You will be the project lead and must have experience running a £20M construction project. The role reports into the Construction Director and you be will supported by a Site Manager to ensure that resources are managed efficiently Required Experience and Skills: Experience of successfully managing and delivering a range property and construction related projects. Experience of supporting the management of project budgets Knowledge and understanding of construction/planning legislation Knowledge and understanding of financial regulations and contract standing orders Degree or equivalent qualification Minimum of black CSCS SMSTS & First Aid Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
