Full Time: 39 hours Location: Cardiff, Vale of Glamorgan and Rhondda Cynon Taff Salary: £9.20 per hour - £18,729.36 per annum Are you motivated, resilient and a caring person who is driven by making a difference? If you like variety and enjoy working with and supporting a wide range of people this unique opportunity is for you Innovate Trust are seeking to recruit dynamic experienced individuals to join our new Community Resource Team. The Community Resource Team will provide short term support cover and /or additional support within supported Living Services and to 'spot / external contracts’ across all commissioned localities within the organisation. This will involve working with a variety of individuals with varying needs in a series of settings such as peoples own homes and within the community. Successful applicants will work in partnership with commissioners, i.e. Local Authorities, Health Teams, Families/Carers, and other stakeholders, developing and maintaining relationships whist representing Innovate Trust.
