Overview

Are you an established Audit Manager or Senior Audit Manager looking to play a pivotal role in the growth and direction of a leading Accountancy firm? As a result of a number of new and exciting audit clients, this leading Accountancy firm is looking for an experienced Audit Manager to join their established Bristol Audit Team. They offer a broad scope of Audit work with a wide range of clients from SME’s through to Charities and multinational corporations. Responsibilities will include: Leading, planning and delivering a broad range of audit assignments. Being a technical expert for the audit department. Leading an audit team, ensuring the completion of assignments in a timely manner and within budget. Coaching and developing team members. Monitoring budgets and agreeing fees for each audit assignment. Managing client relationships and expectations. Contributing to business development activities. Skills and experience required: ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent. Extensive experience of managing audits from planning through to completion. Exposure to a diverse portfolio of audit clients across multiple sectors. Strong people management skills and experience of supporting and coaching junior colleagues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience of interacting with senior level clients and management to develop and maintain business relationships. Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
