Financial Adviser with client bank Epsom £40-55k excellent benefit package Financial Divisions are delighted to be supporting a very well established a growing firm, in their search for a Financial Adviser. The firm provide Wealth Management, Business Insurance and Mortgage solutions to their clients and have grown through recommendations as they have such a great reputation in the area. The firm also have Advisors qualified in specialist advice areas, including pensions transfers, equity release and long-term care. I am looking for an adviser to manage an existing client bank for a retiring adviser. You will initially be working alongside the retiring Advisor, who will assist you with the smooth transition of their clients into your ownership. You will attend joint client meetings, you will need to build an effective relationship with these clients and review their current situation, to see if adequate provisions have been put in place to help them achieve their life goals. As well as looking after the existing client back, you will also be expected to establish contact with new potential clients and develop appropriate business relationships. In all cases, you will obtain the required information to enable a full analysis of the clients’ needs to be conducted; construct appropriate solutions to the principles of best advice; produce reports and recommendations to the firm’s standards and implement solutions agreed with clients. Ensure that the firm’s high standards of client care are met by demonstrating competence in all stages of the advisory process. Ensure all associated administration is completed in an effective manner to meet the firm’s record keeping and file quality requirements. For this position, you must hold QCA Level 4 financial planning qualifications and hold an authorised SPS certificate to meet FCA qualification standards. Have at least two years’ industry experience as a Financial Adviser. Specialist qualifications for pension transfer, mortgage advice and/or Long Term Care would be an advantage. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as excellent analytical skills and prefer to work in a structured, planned manner.
