Overview
Cadman Screeding & Underfloor Heating Ltd are looking to employ a contracts manager to deliver the next stage in their development. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing contracts, responsible for the coordination of labour, materials and programming. The Position will ideally require you to have the following :- Experience in screeding preferable / and or underfloor heating preferable. Experience in managing labour, coordinating materials and programming Experience in commercial matters. The ability to work in a Team Excellent interpersonal skills CSCS card and SMSTS qualification The ideal candidate for this role will have at least three years’ experience in the subcontract industry. You may already be a contracts manager looking for a fresh challenge, you may also be an ambitious works manager looking to take the next step in your career.
