Clinical Research Opportunities with smaller niche organisations. Working with a smaller organisation can have many benefits and can help you develop your career in different ways. Often working for a smaller company can help you learn new skills as you will be asked to get involved with responsibilities outside of your normal tasks. Being part of smaller companies can also help you get involved in more niche and interesting trials. I am working with a selection of smaller CRO’s currently who are putting together their recruitment plans for 2020 and have partnered with me to help identify the right professionals for their teams. This is a great opportunity to find out more about the possibility of getting in with a small company and working with them while they grow and expand. My clients are all looking to add talented CRA’s to their teams and have asked me to identify professionals with upwards of 2 years independent monitoring who are interested in the less corporate environment that their organisations offer. I am not concerned if your monitoring experience has been within University studies or CRO’s or direct with pharma companies as long as it is direct independent monitoring at Clinical Sites throughout the UK. I am not looking for specific therapy area experience or any particular phase either. I appreciate that at this time of year you may just be thinking about the possibility of changing roles and not actively looking to make a move and that is fine. I am still very keen to speak with you and discuss these opportunities or even what you might like to do in the future if now is really not the right time for you.
