Overview
As the Corporate Research Analyst, you’ll use data and research to develop action plans that inform the decisions of senior members. Working with the Service Champions, you’ll ensure that customer insight will be at the centre of all data collected. You’ll coordinate quantitative and qualitative research to strengthen the Council’s analysis capabilities. And, your role will be crucial in responsible data sharing protocols. You’ll need at least one year in a data analysis role, that shows your ability to distil complex information into succinct reports. Along with your experience dealing with geographically based data sets in IT systems, an understanding in database structuring will be beneficial.
