Overview
As Principal Development Surveyor you will be responsible to the Head of Regeneration for providing a variety of professional and technical functions. Your main responsibility will be managing development projects and workstreams and providing property support in the delivery and implementation of complex large-scale regeneration focussed development projects. You will need experience of managing development projects from inception through to completion. Understanding of property development, financial analysis and funding mechanisms is key, and you will have experience in the professional property industry.
