This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced QA Architect to help lead and shape a team of passionate coders, who love to share knowledge, solve tricky issues and work together to create an amazing product. Position Overview ? Work on building a Quality driven engineering culture that helps ship products rapidly and with good confidence. Drive the quality for a product/feature, assess risks to and ensure shipping features with a high quality bar. Plan, develop, and execute test strategy across our clients products and platforms. Lead Quality assurance efforts that aligns with product objectives and develop scalable solutions. Help tackle cross-platform engineering challenges and contribute creative ideas to the improve quality. Implement and evolve QA processes to get effective test signal and scale testing efforts across multiple products. Define Quality Metrics and implement measurements to determine test effectiveness, testing efficiency, and measure the overall quality of the Product. Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to leverage automation for scalable solutions to prevent regressions and ensure reliability of product. What you’ve got Demonstrable experience working in a QA Architect or QA Lead position Experience defining and shaping testing team’s processes, procedures and inspiring them to get on board with new ideas You still have hands on experience and are not afraid to get involved in mainly automation, with some manual testing when needed Expeirence working with senior stakeholders and management teams Excellent coding skills (preferably Java, but other OO languages considered) Knowledge in writing, maintaining and executing automation tests using frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG or similar Good working knowledge of testing RESTful APIs, using tools such as REST assured or Postman Knowledge of one or more Web UI automation tools such as Selenium, Protractor, Cypress.io or similar Exposure to Continuous Integration tools such as Jenkins, Travis or Bamboo Good written and spoken communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills An analytical mindset with the ability and desire to solve software engineering problems A strong team player with a positive attitude Flexible, open to change and new ideas Ready to apply?
