Overview
Maintenance operative required for a public-sector organisation based in Stoke-on-Trent Your new company A public sector organisation based in Stoke, are looking for someone to join their current maintenance team on a temporary basis. Your new role You will carry out general routine maintenance, including painting and decorating and litter collection, ensuring the site is kept safe, clean and tidy, reporting any defects or matters requiring attention. You will be responsible for ensuring that all parts of the centre are maintained and presented to a high standard at all times. What you'll need to succeed You will need to be immediately available. No formal qualifications are required for this role, however a good understanding of health and safety and experience in a similar role is essential. An good awareness of Legionella would be highly advantageous. What you'll get in return Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.
