Client IT Software Trainer £28,000 to £35,000 IT Industry West Midlands Area An excellent opportunity has arisen as an IT Client Trainer (Software Applications) with a world renowned, leading software solutions provider, based in the West Midlands. This very important position, offering excellent career progression prospects, will be responsible for implementing companywide knowledge and training initiatives. In this exciting position, the IT Client Trainer will need strong communication and team working abilities as they will be working closely with the Internal Departments to gather and understand software solution knowledge and information delivering the information to stakeholders via Training Workshops and the like. The IT Client Trainer will also be responsible for creating/designing training materials and programmes aligned with the company's rapidly evolving products. A driving licence is essential for this role due to visiting client sites on occasion. The IT Client Trainer will require the following skills/experiences: Training/Knowledge/Management experience as a trainer, ideally from an IT or Financial background Experience of designing/creating training materials Experience of creating and presenting training videos Face to face one to one and classroom style training Any Business Analysis experience is a plus Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central is desirable Strong communication skills Our client offers an excellent package including up to 27 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays, Pension, Free parking, plus other benefits.
