Children's Support Workers

Your Role As a Children's Support Worker, you will be caring for children across a variety of ages ranging from birth to 5. In this role you will assist nursery staff with providing a safe, positive environment for children, acting as a role model to colleagues and be familiar with all nursery policies and procedures. To be eligible for the role, you must have a minimum of a level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare relevant to the early years sector. What is Flexi Pay?
