Overview
Job Title: Quality Inspector Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum Company Car (VW Golf) Location: London SE11 6NQ Hours: 45 Hours per week. 8:00am - 5:30pm Benefits: 28 days Annual Leave (including Bank Holidays), Company Uniform, Canteen, Onsite Gym and Free personal training sessions The Pimlico Group are London's Largest Independent Maintenance Company and have huge growth planned throughout 2020. To support our expansion we are looking to fill a number of roles and have an immediate requirement for a Quality Inspector who will oversee works and drive the performance of contractors. The role will involve ensuring works are completed on time and to the required specification and quality standards. Duties include: Plan and carry out site quality inspection checks of recently completed and in progress building works across all trades (Heating, plumbing, carpentry, electrical etc.) Draw attention to areas of potential problems related to activities being undertaken Ensure that works being undertaken are to Pimlico's standards Provide inspection reports for each visit including photos when needed Ensure customer satisfaction with work quality & engineer relations Essential Requirements: Previous experience of working in the property / building sector Experience in project management and control of contractors Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and contractors, and enjoy motivating a team.
