Wills and Probate Legal Assistant A leading legal practice are keen to appoint a Legal Assistant to join their wills and probate team based in Stroud. This is a brand new role due to organic growth of the department. This is very much a support role and will be suitable for LLB graduates and those with strong Wills and Probate experience within the legal sector. You will join a supportive and fun environment which will encourage dedication and hard work whilst also offering the opportunity to engage in a wide range of personal and professional development activities. This role will see you work closely with Head's of Departments and will allow for development in both practice areas. As a Legal Advisor you will be A LLB or LPC/BPTC graduate (or currently studying), keen to work in a collaborative team environment Prepared to embrace our values and live these in your day to day working life Able to demonstrate commercial awareness when giving advice; A committed to and can demonstrate excellent customer service and technical skills.
