Overview
Hoop Social Care have a rare opportunity for a Mental Health Agency Support Worker in the Pontypridd area. We are looking for a candidate who can confidently work in low secure hospital environments, as well as other residential and therapeutic settings. The individuals you will be supporting have complex mental health needs, which includes history of self-harm and personality disorder. Your role will involve supporting these individuals with their daily tasks, while working towards their rehabilitation. As an Agency Support Worker, you will also be there to promote the happiness and health of those within the hospital. You will therefore require experience in managing complex behaviour and mental health needs.
