Implementation Consultant || Ipswich || Up to £40,000 per annum DOE Your new company A highly ambitious and established company that have gone through unprecedented growth over the last few years. They have a relaxed but hard working culture and can attribute their recent success to bringing their development function in-house, creating bespoke software solutions. Due to their growth they are recruiting a Implementation Consultant to help the onboarding process for new clients. Your new role This exciting opportunity will see you managing the implementation of this bespoke software solution for both new clients and existing clients. This will see you being client facing and being the 'go to' for any client requests or requirements. You will be tasked with finding out the client requirements, prioritising their requests and ensuring all technical documentation is completed. You will help clients resolve issues as well use data analysis to look at trends to see where improvements can be made. Your project management skills will be put to good use as you will be directing and facilitating any go lives for both new clients and existing. Your technical skills will be utilised when you set up and configure the systems as well as provide training. What you'll need to succeed Your stakeholder management skills along with your ability to lead technical implementations or technical projects will put you in a great position to succeed in this role, as will you strong organisation skills and ability to think outside the box. This is client facing so you will lead meetings, provide training sessions and have regular review meetings with your clients.
