Overview
Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading engineering company in their search for a Workshop Fitter to work in their leading facility in Wednesbury. For the successful Workshop Fitter our client is offering: i. Competitive hourly rate ii. Temporary to permanent position iii. Overtime opportunities paid at time and a third iv. Free parking v. Days - 7:30am - 4pm Monday to Friday The Role - Workshop Fitter: i. Maintaining, servicing and repairing a range of heavy duty lifting equipment ranging from Cranes, Skip Loaders, Hook Loaders ii. Fabrication work iii. Working to high standards iv. Use of hand and power tools v. Reading from engineering drawings vi. Installation of hooks/skips What our client is looking for in a Workshop Fitter: i. Experience and knowledge of heavy-duty plant machinery IE, Cranes, Skip Loaders, Hook Loaders ii. Experience in Hook and Skip Installation iii. Full UK Driving Licence iv. Ideally you will hold relevant qualifications Key Skills or Similar Job Titles: Mechanic, HGV Fitter, Workshop Fitter, Workshop Technician, Crane Engineer, Plant Mechanic, Body Builder, Mechanical Fitter, Hook and Skip Installation, Hook Loader, Skip Loader Commutable from: Wolverhampton, Walsall, West Brom, Tipton, Bilston, Wednesbury, Dudley, Birmingham, Smethwick, Oldbury, Cradley Heath For further information about this and other positions please apply now.
