We provide a structured 18-month preceptorship programme for experienced and newly qualified nurses. Following this you will have access to either undertake a BSc or MSc in Emergency Nursing. As part of our ongoing commitment to professional development we are offering a number of apprenticeships and training opportunities in Leadership and Management, Business Services, Finance, Accounting and HR, Clinical Support Work, Research and Innovation, Nursing Associate and Assistant Practitioner alongside our in-house comprehensive clinical pathways.
