Job description: Our client within professional services are looking for a highly skilled Python Developer. Requirement for the role: Our client is currently undergoing transformation whereby all data management is migrating to a Hadoop based architecture and all rules execution provided by a cloud-based SaaS provider. In the programme, we already have a well-defined architecture vision, target and interim states. ? We are looking for developers who: Have experience of Hadoop and its ecosystem of technologies – HIVE, Impala, Pig, StreamSets (preferably) Have extensive development experience of Python, Apache Spark, and PySpark,? The ability to deal with high volumes of data Experience with SDLC tools such as GIT, Team City Experience with robust unit tests using Python? Cloud experience with Azure, Data Lake, iaaS, Paas, and Saas ? Location: Central London ? Salary: GBP60,000-GBP75,000 ? Position: Permanent ?
