We currently have 30 care homes covering Mental Health, Nursing, Learning Difficulties, Rehabilitation, Challenging behaviours and residential care. About The Coach House Care Home Baschurch The Coach House is a residential care home able to support 9 residents with learning and physical disabilities, brain injury, mental health needs, personality disorder, autism and dementia. About the role About the role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Support Worker to join a friendly and dedicated team to support adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, physical disabilities and complex needs. This includes individuals who require support with autism, dysphagia, sensory impairments as well as behaviours which are described as challenging. You will provide support and encouragement to residents in all areas and activities of daily living. You will need to enable residents to develop and maintain skills to maximise their independence, alongside supporting residents with their personal care needs.
