Quickline Recruitment currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Team Manager to join the SEND Team in Bournemouth Council. To be successful for this role, you are required to have previous experience within management and the SEND Team The day rate for this role is £480 to £510 About the Role This role includes all aspects of managing a team to effectively deliver the assessments and services which provide the best possible outcomes for children and young people. The SEND Team have experience with supporting families, children/young people with a varying degree of SEND that have required support and intervention above that which can be provided in an educational setting. It is likely that you already work in a SEND team delivering these functions at a senior level and will have experience of the legal aspects of the work. You will also have experience of working closely with parents, children & young people, education settings, health professionals and social care colleagues. Requirements of the Team Manager Educated to degree level i.e. Diploma or degree in social work, CQSW, CSS or equivalent.
