Customer Relations Officer role within Housing in London paying between £25K - £30K per annum full time Your new company My client is a leading property management organisation who manage properties on behalf of local authorities. They lead in mixed tenure housing management and deliver tailored solutions to over 20,000 affordable and market homes. Your new role Reporting to Customer Service Improvement Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering effective complaints, enquiries and compliment management service in line with contractual requirements. You will respond to complaints within Better Letter Standard, Freedom of Information Requests, Subject Access Request so experience in this field is essential. With your experience in complaints, you will be able to take ownership of all complaints, Councilor/ MP enquiries across the department, working together with managers, staff, contractors, stakeholders and our major client to resolve problems in a pragmatic and customer resolution way. What you'll need to succeed You will need to have demonstrable knowledge and experience of delivering good customer care and ideally public-sector complaints procedures. You will also need interpersonal skills to work with a variety of stakeholders and be able to prioritise a varied workload. You will need to be organised, have good IT Skills and in writing through formal responses, report and presentations. What you'll get in return A competitive salary of between £25,000 - £30,000 per annum and 23 days holiday per year including public holidays.
