Overview
We are looking for a passionate Registered Nurse to join a private, fully compliant Nursing Home based in Swindon, Witshire. This stable, market-leading provider boasts a portfolio of 45 homes across East Anglia and the South of England and is currently in an exciting growth phase, with recent Nursing Home acquisitions made. This 40-bed Nursing Home provides elderly residents with bespoke general nursing and dementia care needs. The home is committed to providing exceptional care and has an experienced and settled clinical team in place. The role of Registered Nurse will include: · Care Planning · Administering medication · Shift leadership and handovers · Liaising with other healthcare professionals on shift · Undertaking clinical skills required of a Staff Nurse · Partaking in and leading staff meetings · Working within the NMC code of conduct Registered Nurse criteria: · RGN/RMN with an active NMC PIN · Experience within palliative care or an elderly care setting is desired but not essential · An interest in nursing within an intimate, person-centric environment where you will have the opportunity to build long-lasting relationships with your residents · A passion for working within the highly rewarding elderly care sector Registered Nurse benefit package: · A highly competitive salary of £18.75 per hour - one of the highest in the area · Salary enhancements for any weekend work · Paid breaks · Paid NMC registration · Support with continuous professional development (CPD) including a Personal Development Plan · Support with Nurse revalidation · Workplace Pension If you are interested in applying for this well paid Registered Nurse opportunity, please click "APPLY" or contact Jen on -
