Over the past three decades we have rapidly expanded our family of care homes and now have facilities in some of the most beautiful, relaxing surroundings in England. We currently have 30 care homes covering Mental Health, Nursing, Learning Difficulties, Rehabilitation, Challenging behaviours and residential care. About Ramsgate Care Centre Ramsgate Care Centre is a residential home located close to the town centre and Royal Harbour which provides accommodation for 41 residents. At Ramsgate Care Centre, we actively promote a happy working and living environment which is both professional, courteous and fun. We believe in respecting individual preferences whilst encouraging independence. About the role About the role The role of a Care Assistant at Select is to provide high quality personal care, support our Residents needs and provide person-centred care. You need to be kind, compassionate and want to make a difference to our Residents lives, after all, you are in their home. We pride ourselves on training, and you will receive training from your first day of work.
