Construction Recruitment Team Leader / Manager – Trades & Labour / White Collar / Temp & Perm D Our client is a privately-owned Construction & Engineering recruitment specialist with offices across the South West, South Wales, The South and South East regions. Due to recent new client wins and a pool of vacancies within their Trades and Labour division, John Ross Associates are assisting with the recruitment of an experienced Construction Recruitment Team Leader / Senior Consultant / Managing Consultant to take ownership of a small team and manage big accounts within this vertical. The business has been established for decades and is well known within the construction sector. The company employs around 30 staff work within various divisions in construction recruitment, the management and directors all work closely within their south Bristol office and create a refreshing culture / environment. We will consider recruitment candidates from related markets i.e Industrial / Driving / Technical / Engineering as well as recruitment. Candidate Requirements · Ideally T&L Experience within recruitment / related market. · Management is not essential – happy to consider senior consultants looking for that step up. · Sound commercial awareness of the construction recruitment sector · Capable of delivering against multiple vacancies whilst managing key clients and accounts · Used to a fast paced / High tempo recruitment desk · Personable, outgoing and driven Essentials · A high desire for sales, mixed with the ability to build professional relationships at all levels. · A good track record in sales / recruitment · An understanding of the recruitment industry and the job role of a recruitment consultant. · 12 month's experiences is required. · An ability to work autonomously as well as in a team. Salary & Package Salary will be dependent on experience – guideline up to 45k with car potential and bags of commission and bonuses ownership of this division and managing a small team.
