Are you a Registered Manager with experience in setting up a residential children’s home and thrive on a challenge? If so, then you might be interested in this fantastic opportunity so please read on ENS Recruitment is working with an independent healthcare provider, currently owning clinics that provide rehabilitation services for adults and they have partnered up with a large youth charityto open up a brand new home for 4 children with EBD. The service is ready to be registered with Ofsted and they are looking for an experienced Children’s Home Manager who can carry this out. You would be working full-time hours and you would be based in Westcliff-on-Sea. What is required? · You will hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent) · You will have an outstanding knowledge on Ofsted regulations · Previous registration with the Ofsted with GOOD rating · A Full UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle would be an advantage · You will have strong managerial, administrative and interpersonal skills What is offered? · An annual salary of £45,000 per annum, for the right person this can increase to £50,000 after successfully passing a 6 month probationary period For a confidential chat and for more information please get in touch with Csenge at ENS Recruitment
