Registered Children's Manager - Children's Residential Home £30,000 - £34,500 (DOE) Nottingham Compass Associates are happy to announce that we are working closely with a long standing and well established health care provider. We are assisting them with their search for an ambitious registered manager or alternatively a deputy manager looking for a step up in their career. They must also have a passion for providing exceptional service and have had varying experiences within a similar environment in order to satisfy Ofsted. Requirements Proven Knowledge of Ofsted Strong leadership skills to implement the vision and strategy of the company Previous experience within a SEMH home Location The home is located in Nottingham.
