Community Physiotherapist

TLTP Medical are looking for a Band 6 Community Physiotherapist for our NHS client based in Bournemouth . The role is due to start ASAP for an ongoing period The suitable applicant will need to have a minimum of 2 years post graduate experience within a community setting (NHS experience preferred). This position requires completing autonomous assessments in the Community for patients who require intermediate care, or rehabilitation to be restored to former independence after illness or injury. The physio will need to provide a wide range of assessments and treatment plans to patients with a range of long term conditions and clinical presentations.
