| OFFICE ASSISTANT | | ILKESTON | | £18,000 - £20,000 PER ANNUM | Our client, a well established print and marketing business in Ilkeston, are seeking a highly organised and reliable individual to join their team and carry out a range of administrative and support tasks. Reporting directly into the Executive Assistant, you will help support them with providing full administration assistance to the Directors. Responsibilities: Dealing with telephone and email enquiries Photocopying and scanning documents Monitoring and ordering stationary Supporting management team with day to day admin tasks Update and maintain various Excel and Word documents Working closely with the Executive Assistant to provide full support Meet and greet visitors and arrange refreshments Skills/Attributes/Experience: Experience working in an office environment is ESSENTIAL Strong organisational skills Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel The ability to work as part of a team with great communication skills A high level of attention to detail Please only apply for this position if you can evidence, on your CV, the essential elements of the post.
