Overview
PHP Developer needed for one of the UK’s largest Ecommerce brands in London. The PHP Developer would be working as part of a Scrum team of multi-skilled colleagues on a wide range of projects across the business. They would also be expected to work closely with the Scrum Master, Project Managers and Stakeholders to plan future development work and direction. Duties and Responsibilities: Intermediate level hand coding of PHP and client-side code Supporting and developing desktop, mobile and internal applications Writing well-structured, performant code, to a high standard Following and contributing to internal development procedures and best practices Working in a highly collaborative, Agile Scrum environment Skills / Qualifications: Exposure to React A good understanding of PHP (OO, Design Patterns) Experience with GIT based version control Solid front-end development skills - but also chance to work with react Experience using industry best practice to create scalable and manageable applications Good understanding of API technologies Exposure or experience in Agile Scrum methodologies
