Overview
Based London My client is looking to recruit a Product Developer to source and develop fabrics across ladies soft separates and jersey product. Your role will be highly creative and you will be responsible for sourcing newness and innovation. Responsibilities: Source and develop fabric Attend meetings with fabric mills and suppliers Pull together key trends, key looks, new fabrics Prepare showroom for customer presentations Keep detailed records of customer and internal meetings with follow-up actions •Prepare fabric and garment selections for customers and maintain office copy Liaise with Mills and suppliers to develop and source new products keeping track of delivery dates Check design CADS and add BOMs to complete tech packs for prototype development This is great opportunity that would suit a designer or a fabric sourcer who is looking for a role to combine creativity and product development. You will be working with key fashion retailers so you must have an eye for the latest trends with the ability to drive newness into ranges.
