Visit their website to find out more about the company: https:/// Roles & Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Use troubleshooting techniques to identify network and system faults Installing PC’s with telephone software Take ownership and resolve issues Complete hardware upgrades Setting up and maintaining devices internally and externally on client sites Communicate professionally and in a friendly manner with customers Installation of cabling using test equipment Desired Qualities, Skills & Knowledge: Good communication both written and verbal Hold a full UK Driving License Passion for IT Some IT experience is desirable Good Customer Service Excellent work ethic Willingness to learn Grade 4 in Math’s and Grade 3 in English GCSE or Level 2 Functional skills Salary, Hours & Benefits: £15,000 per annum Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm (40 hours per week) 30-minute lunch break 25 days holiday entitlement, plus bank holidays Company laptop, phone and company vehicle supplied Annual Christmas party Excellent in-house training There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the programme.
