Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for this leading, global manufacturer of machinery and equipment into the medical, healthcare and pharmaceutical industries for a Maintenance Engineer to be based at its facility in Salisbury. THE ROLE Reporting into the Engineering Manager, the role of Maintenance Engineer is to maintain and repair a range of electro-mechanical machinery including autoclaves, sterilisation machinery, pressure based equipment and production machinery across the plant. You will also be involved in regular PPM and service work on site. THE CANDIDATE Ideally you will be a maintenance engineer or service engineer looking to move into a new site based maintenance role. This role is days based however as the main site maintenance engineer you will be able to adjust your hours to suit using a flexi time system. You will need and electrical qualification as well as some mechanical knowledge.
