Overview

Opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Regional Director, to oversee a cluster of specialist Education and Children's services in the North of England & Midlands My Client has an ambitious programme of growth planned for specialist educational services, within the company and we are looking for the right person to help facilitate the growth plan as well as overseeing our established services. You will be working with a team of other professionals who will support you within your role and ensure that we are offering the best outcomes for those children and young people within our homes that are registered for Emotional and behavioural Difficulties and learning disabilities and Autism spectrum disorder. This is a regional role covering a cluster of services, you as the Regional Director you will have autonomy within your region. You will support the managers of the schools and services and the staff teams, to meet the outcomes agreed for all children and young people within our care. You will work with your managers to ensure that all of the Ofsted regulations are adhered to and that the quality standards within the homes remains a priority, we have an aim to be provide the best outcomes for those children and young people within our care and you will be a key driver of this. The Candidate You will report directly to the Managing Director, you need to have a proven record of working with Ofsted and have the ability to evidence your success within the sector. You will be a leader and this will reflect strong operational and financial management. You ideally will have experience of commissioning new services, as the growth within the region is something that you will be involved in moving forward. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work alongside others, such as Business development and other professionals, as being a good communicator is so important within the role Criteria Experience in multisite management Experience in Specialist education services and Children’s homes and being able to evidence Outstanding/Good outcomes with Ofsted Have the skills ambition and rive to grow and maintain excellent homes that meet their financial targets. Possess the leadership skills to build and lead a successful team.
