Key Remits: Implement and maintain global static data across various trading systems Set up funds, dealers and 3rd party administrators on global trading systems Provide excellent client service and updates to the business globally Identify operational risks and keep the stakeholders updated 3rd party / vendor management and SLA management Provide continuous improvement for company policies and global systems Thought leadership Team and performance management Experience: Experience in a reference data role / securities reference data / asset pricing data / instruments data / equities or bond pricing Asset management / Custodian industry experience is desirable Previous experience in change management / business analysis / process improvement could be an added advantage Project management experience Systems knowledge - Bloomberg / Thomson Reuters Strong stakeholder management experience, the ability to build, influence and maintain relationships with peers and senior management Seasoned people manager / leadership experience is a must Good interpersonal and communications skills Ocean is a recruitment and inclusion consultancy dedicated to the investments industry.
