Senior Staff Nurse - Specialist Autism rehabilitation unit Job Title: Staff Nurse Service Type: Autism , Learning Disabilities Location: Bolton, Lancashire Salary: up to £32,000 - £35,000 per annum (£16.41 - £17.94 per hour) Hours: Days or Nights only - no mixed shifts. Part time and full time are also considered Contract Type: Permanent Further Details: I'm looking for newly qualified or experienced Registered Mental Health nurses ( RMN ) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurses ( RNLD or RNMH ) entre based in Bolton, the service is a specialist purpose designed and built Independent Hospital to provide services to patients who may or may not be liable to be detained pursuant to the Mental Health Act 1983 as amended by the Mental Health Act 2007 and provides exclusively for adults aged 18 and over having autism spectrum conditions This is a really rewarding setting, staff morale is high and you will be working closely with the service users and their families, providing the care people need to optimise their health and wellbeing, maximise their independence, and support their emotional and social needs. This is an 18 bed service with 4 on site semi independent flats on site to allow for a fully rehabilitative setting. The Centre has provides a combined programme of therapeutic and clinical support which incorporates flexible and creative care pathway solutions for individuals who have likely experienced varying degrees of difficulty or crisis in previous care and support settings or for those who may have previously been placed within settings providing a higher level of security. There is a high ration of nurse to patient with all service users being cared for on 5-1 or 2-1 basis. Shifts: The service only offer contracts for permanent days or permanent nights on a 3,4,3,4 pattern if working full time however part time will also be considered. Day shifts are: 7.30 am - 8pm and nights are 7.30 pm - 0800 am . Benefits Include: Salary of £26,000.00 pa to £32,000.00 pa (depending on experience). Senior nurse up to £35,000.00 pa.
